About Habits for Hope

Habits for Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that reinforces recovery from addiction through the power of habit-based health coaching. 

We empower individuals to set goals and take steps towards incorporating better movement, nutrition, and lifestyle habits into their daily lives.

What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a service where a supportive mentor works with clients to help them improve their overall health and well-being. Clients build resiliency and are empowered to take charge of their health.

From a public health perspective, it’s a cost-saving powerhouse that facilitates sustainable behavior change.
